Please Note: All room rates include a Full Buffet Breakfast each morning and afternoon tea. For a modified American plan, please add $70.00 (includes 6% tax and service charge). There is no charge for children twelve years old and under staying in the same room with their parents. Maximum of four persons to a room.

Included in our room rates are different privileges and activities for our guests free of charge.

• Use of our boats, canoes and kayaks in a limited area
• Tennis court and putting greens
• On property 18-acre walking and birding trail
• Tours of our 100 year old mansion, gardens and grounds (seasonal)
• A Full Buffet Breakfast each morning
• Tea and pastries
• Use of nearby YMCA nautilus equipment, indoor Olympic-sized swimming pool, sauna and beach on property, heated outside pool and 10-person whirlpool (seasonal)
• Free Wireless Internet

Packages, Rates and Gift Certificate Conditions:

• A 48-hour cancellation notice is necessary to cancel or change dates
• Tax is additional for all packages
• All rates and packages are subject to change
• All gift certificates must be presented at check-in
• Packages limited to 2 persons in a room unless otherwise indicated
• There is no charge for children 12 and under staying in the same room with their parents
• There is a $15.00 charge for each additional guest after two in a room over the age of 12 years
• There is a $15 charge for rollaways and cribs
• Pets are allowed only in certain rooms with a charge of $15.00 per day.
• Pets must not be left in the room alone and unattended.
• Packages are based on no more than 4 persons in a room
