We stayed in the queen room with the fireplace and jacuzzi tub and were not disappointed! Some of the fixtures/furnishing were a bit dated, however the awesomeness of their staff more than made up for it. Special thanks to Michelle for going above and beyond! Hope to make it an annual trip.

Nice views. The staff was friendly. The bed was kinda comfy. The carpet in our room was gross, the restaurant was a little pricey but tasty for breakfast. Overall it was good.

We went for the weekend and didn't stay the night. The wall ac in the room wasn't attached properly, we could see through to the outside and the wind was akin to having the window open. They also had plumbing problems. The water was turned off when we checked in and we didn't find out about it until the toilet wouldn't flush and we called the front desk. When the water did come back on it was full of particulates and even after running the water for twenty minutes it still looked like it was full of sand. I don't know what it's like during high season, but low season was a bust for us.

This hotel was ok. It's a bit old in need of a update. BUT it's kind of what you expect in a port town like Mystic. It has that old fisherman vibe which made it cool. I gotta say though the staff was super friendly. The guy at the front desk was very personable, and he even came outside with us and showed us where our room was. We also had a great view of the water. All in all it was a nice stay. I gave it 3 stars due to the fact the room was a little outdated and we did pay more than I wanted to for an October rate.

I attended a wedding at the mansion. The mansion had a lovely scenic area. The food was delicious. Bathrooms were harder to locate but overall the experience was fantastic.
